What is the reason we set up ETS?

We believe that every woman deserves financial independence and self-reliance and can earn it in a way that is fair and flexible to them.
With this new business unit within CLIP Training & Consultancy NV, we aim to make women more financially independent by offering them home-based work and skillset promotion and investing in their further growth through study. Being able to work from home also allows us to help women in the districts find work.

The goal
Making women more financially independent by offering them honest home work and skillset promotion and investing in their further growth through study. Too many women in Suriname are unfortunately still too financially dependent or earn too little to provide for themselves and their families/family on a daily basis. Especially women who have not been able to reach the highest levels of education or are still in that study phase struggle with these challenges. This certainly plays out in our districts as well.

Approach
Women can make (currency) (additional) earnings by doing transcribing and other administrative work via ETS from home at any given time.
In this way, they ultimately determine their own earnings through the number of assignments they accept through our system or through a fixed number of hours if they perform Virtual Assistant work.
ETS offers freedom and independence. Fun varied work that you can do simply from the comfort of your home at whatever time you like. With the exception of VA work, you can completely determine your working hours as long as you deliver the work within the specified time.
